crossed the Wisconsin State Line at the Menominee River (say that three times fast)
passed beautiful Wisconsin Farms. . .lots of them. . .
stopped for diesel at $3.89 a gallon. . .that’s the cheapest we’ve seen in awhile. . .
had a sandwich while we were stopped for fuel. . .
pulled into our RV Park in Sturgeon Bay to find that there was
some kind of mix up between the Call Center,
which we are required to make our reservations through
when we want to stay in an Encore Park, (if we want the discount)
and the front desk at the RV Park. . .
so, we do not have 50 amp or FHU as requested for a month’s stay. . .
as all you RV’ers know. . .a sewer hookup makes life pleasant for an extended stay. . .
so we are weighing our options, and will make a decision whether to stay or go. . .
will probably go, if we can cancel without a huge penalty. . .we’ll see. . .
as if reservation issues weren’t enough we walked out to discover this little problem in the tag axle tire. . .
picked up a piece of aluminum somewhere. . .is that crazy or what?
thankfully it was in the tread, and not the sidewall.. .
mobile service rolled out. . .
patched us right up. . .very pleased. . .
We’ll be here at least the rest of the week. . .we’ll see what we find to do. . .
