This HOTEL is Hilarious. . .

there’s a brand new, suite style hotel about two exits down from the Cummins Shop.
Knowing we would be spending three nights, that seemed like a good choice. . .right?

Having a fridge for snacks, and a microwave to heat things would be great. . .

The room is great, very clean, very new. . .
full kitchen, full size fridge, electric cooktop. . .full sink,
not that I would want to cook full meals, but nice to have available. . .

however. . .

there is an upcharge for any items you may need. . .

have you ever seen such a thing?

We literally busted out laughing over this list. . .

Don’t think we’ll ever stay in one of these again. . .

and I guess this list is an attempt to prevent
theft and destruction. . .

I’m sure in their defense, some of these measures are necessary. . .
but. . .wow. . .not our normal experience. . .

We haven’t stayed in a hotel in so long. . .
is this a new trend for mid price chains?

on a happier note, we did drive over to Las Cruces for a day trip. . .
took in a Farmer’s Market/Craft Show on Main Street. . .
ate at an authentic Mexican Restaurant called Andele’. . .

their motto
”we don’t dumb down the heat for the tourists”. . .LOL!
We didn’t find the heat a problem,  thought it was delicious. . .

didn’t do much else. . .but it was nice to get away for a couple hours. . .

Thinking we should definitely be rolling in a couple days. . .
Tuesday at the latest.

still hangin’ in there. . .
